Terms of Service

By reserving a VELO e-fatbike you agree to return the bike in the condition it was rented in, ride within Lithuanian road rules, and cover damages caused by negligent use. Cancellations are free up to 24 hours before pickup.

Service area

Pickup and drop-off are currently available in Vilnius and the surrounding 30 km area. The exact pickup spot is shared after your reservation is confirmed.

Liability

A small deposit may be requested at pickup and is refunded when the bike is returned undamaged.
